Casino Queen is anchored in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front Street. A total of 150 beds and seven suites close-by at the gambling den. The gambling den occupiestwenty-seven five hundred square feet and offers several highlights. Besides betting, Casino Queen presents a 2,500 customer river boat, a 140 spot trailer park and simple access to MetroLink light-rail location.
